What stands behind
a signature

A home is the largest commitment most families ever make, and it is made years before anyone can walk through the door. These are the documents that make that commitment checkable — UKAS-accredited quality management certification and membership of REHAB, the developers' association — reproduced here in full, with what each one actually verifies set out alongside it.

Certificates & memberships

Each document opens to its full scan alongside what it verifies, who issued it, the accreditation chain behind that issuer, and the details exactly as printed.

On dates and standing. Certification and membership terms are reproduced exactly as printed, expiry dates included, and any term that has ended is labelled as such. REHAB is a trade association rather than a government regulator: it sets entry criteria for developers, mediates disputes between members and buyers, and can censure or recommend exclusion of a member — but it does not act on a buyer's behalf in law.
